I am not receiving submissions. Is there a phone number I can call?

Can you please clarify which submissions you refer to? Was it the form submission email? Share to us the form ID so we can check also.
I did reviewed your account and forms, and the account is Active and forms are available at this time. I see existing submission data on your forms.
By the way we currently do not have live support via phone. So we will not be able to provide you assistance by phone call.
