Can you push through a password reset to my email address?

    The site doesn't seem be sending me a password reset. -Sean

    Hi, 

    Please try it again. Your email is on our bounce list, that's the reason why you're not getting the password reset email.

    I have now removed the email address (sean@affinityseattle.com) on our bounce list. You should receive the password reset email properly. If the issue still persists, please check your Spam folder.

    By the way, I did not see any JotForm account associated with the email address (sean@affinityseattle.com)

    Please provide any of the following so we can investigate it further.

    - Account username

    - Email address registered to the account

    - Any form links that the account created
