Can I upgrade and downgrade my account at any time based on my company's needs?

    For example, if I am expecting more than 10 payment submissions one month, can I upgrade to Silver that month, then downgrade back to Bronze the following month?

    Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade anytime you wish. Just go to your billing page www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing  and switch to your preferred plan anytime.
