Hi, I can´t remember my password, but
once I want to set a new one, the page doesn´t
email me the steps to do so.

I checked the email address and there's no JotForm account associated with it. Please provide the following so we can check it further:
- Account username
- Any form links created to the account
- Email address registered to the account
