Login failed - suspended

    Hi,

    I have this morning tried to login to my account where I have some registrations forms and it advises me that login has failed and is suspended.  Can you please advise why this would be the case.  It is important as I have a form which is attached to a registration which is live on our website and now no one will be able to access as it advises the form is not found.

    I have reset the password and still no access.

    Your account got suspended because the "2018IWD Sponsorship" form is asking for credit card information using Basic fields. As per our terms of use, collecting credit card information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to remove the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.
