Upon checking the form from a clone version, it seems that the issue you described is caused by the condition set to send the email notification in your form.
The issue with that condition is that the "Salesperson Photo from Randall Photography..." is a Text (HTML) field and it doesn't have a filled or unfilled state.
If you are referring to a different field in your form that you would like to serve as the trigger to send an email notification when your form is successfully submitted, then I suggest you update the condition I mentioned above.
