Could you please tell us more how they would be used repeatedly?
If you can share some use-case so we can have a better picture of your request, that would be great.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

Thank you much for your response. Here is the link to the form as far as I
have it. https://www.jotform.com/build/80098747869174
You will notice where I have "Front Elevation". That is a description for
all the items below it. Each item below is a descriptor for a window on a
home. What I am trying to accomplish is allowing the user to fill in as
many windows are on the home for each elevation. So what I am looking to
be able to do is create a "group" for the items from "Window number to
install level". My hope is to create a button that would say "Add window"
and then it would populate the group again under the same elevation and the
window that was already populated. So the user would be able to fill out
what is shown on the form currently. Then, once they finish that window if
they have another they would simply press the "Add window" button and the
fields would populate.
Then I would add "right elevation", "rear elevation" and "left elevation".
Under each of these I would want to populate the same group with the "Add
window" button as well. Please let me know if that makes sense.
Thank you so much for your assistance...

I'm afraid that we don't have a way to prepopulate part of the form (or multiple fields) by clicking one button.
The closest what I can think of (but, still, users will have to populate the fields) is to use Configurable list widget where you will preset all fields that you need, and then users can add more rows if needed, for example:
Here is how it works:
Could that work?
Thank you!

Thanks so much for your last email. Yes, I think it works perfectly for what I am hoping to do. Here is my updated version of the form. https://www.jotform.com/build/80098747869174One question I have for you is the Width of my “configurable list”. Is it as it should be or is it to wide to the right that it would be off the page?I am also wondering in the event that someone clicks other they are not able to add a description. I noticed on what I did before that the “other” tab came with a box and allowed the user to type something in. Is this a possibility?
One last thing, I really have never done this before.I am wondering if this email chat is the only form of communication or if there is a way I can call with questions as well?I am thinking that once I get the form to where I like it I will publish it on my website. Is that the next step? Once I publish will I be able to edit the form on your site (while version 1 is working on my site) and then publish a new version seamlessly?
Again, sorry for the basic questions, I just don’t know much about this process…
