Question about the discounts

Hi,

we currently have the yearly bronze plan but would like to upgrade to silver with the discount offer you currently have. How and when would the discount be applied, since our next renewal is in May? Would we get a discounted year from this point on or beginning in May?

Normally, the discount shall apply as soon as the upgrade is made. So if you have an existing plan, a prorated refund shall apply in your account, so there is a chance that you will be purchasing the plan at cheaper amount.

what does this mean exactly: * The 50 percent discount is a one-time offer. Depending if the term is 1 or 2 years, plans will auto-renew at the full-priced annual plan after the discount is applied. After the term expires, plans can also be adjusted to the full-priced monthly plan, unless cancelled. If you want to cancel your account within 30 days of payment, a full refund will be issued. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Does it mean that the discount only applies to the monthly plan and not to the annual one?

The information means that the 50% discount shall be charged only once, upon availment of the discounted subscription. Then upon renewal, you will be charged of the regular price, unless you decide to cancel your subscription before the renewal happens. You will be given a full refund if you decide to cancel within 30 days upon payment.

The discount offer only applies to 1-year and 2-year subscription plans.
