Hi our client needs a solution to not apply stamp duty fee if they select they are a first time buyer. You can see the form here https://form.jotform.com/bmonkee/mcfadden-perry-free-quotation. We have created conditions for this option but it's not working
Thanks in advance

Can you please give us more details about this ? where do you like to remove the Stamp Duty Fee? from the Calculation or on your Email Notification ?
I also checked your condition if there is a Conditional that will trigger if the customer select "Yes" in the Are you a first time buyer? field but I don't see one.
So I assume that you want to remove it from your Email Notification content.
You can clone one of your Notification Emails and remove the Stamp Duty Fee? in the email content.
Then add a new Change Email Recipient condition that will trigger to send the new Notification Email that has no Stamp Duty content.
I renamed the Duplicated Notification Email into "First Time Buyer" so you can set it up like the image below.
Please let us know and give us additional details if I misunderstood your issue.

I don’t see that new email you created?
Yes this is what we need to create.
So effectively when someone is a first time buyer and they tick that box,
they don’t get charged stamp duty if the value of the house id less than
£300,000
So I suppose you can send them a different email if that is the case?
Can you help with setting this up as it is starting to get confusing for us.
Many thanks
Paul

So I have created first and Email notifier called { First Time Buyer Condition } where I have deleted the stamp duty content. And then I have created a condition that checks if you are a first buyer.
Please let us know if you have any other question.

bmonkeeReplied on January 12, 2018 at 10:43 AMOk thanks but I don’t see that?
I have created two other notifiers that I have been working on, one for
Purchase, no mortgage for First time buyers (P03) and one for Purchase with
mortgage for First time buyers (P04)
I am now struggling with the total in each email not calculating for me?
When I duplicated the emails from the ones that existed for non first time
buyers, the calculations didn’t transfer over.
Can you take a look and see if I have done this correctly and how I can now
get the calculations to work?
In addition, is there an easy way to create an autoresponder which is
identical to these 4 notifiers I have built. I would rather just have one
email that goes to both the submitted and our team rather than 2 so that
changes can be rolled out in a quicker fashion..
Thanks
In advance
Paul

On your FORM SETTINGS, please try changing Clear Hidden Field Values and choose "Don't Clear"
Regarding your second question, Sorry I am not quite sure what you mean, could you please give us more details about this ?
Do you want the person who submitted your form get the same email from you ?
Thank you.

You can delete your autoresponder email and add the "Unique Name" of the customers Email field in the "Recipient" box of your Change Email Recipient conditions.
You need to add "{brokersEmail}" in the Email fields on EACH "Change Email Recipient" conditions if you want your customers to get the same email.
