Form revision history: Recover missing conditions

I have spend this morning creating a form with a lot of conditions. The form was a clone from an older form. Everything was working and I implemented it in my website. An hour later I check how it looked... and all of a sudden most of my conditions where not working. And they disappeared in the background as well!

Can I get them back somehow?
