Embed method: Conflicting libraries

I was trying to embed that code to make the form usable on mobile:

I am getting plenty of errors. This script is braking the whole page: https://form.jotform.com/static/feedback2.js?3.3.REV

I can't seem to find a solution on this anywhere even though Scott says things should be in place. What can I do?

Looks like you have conflicting libraries.

If you are not much of a programmer then please consider using the iframe embed method on your page. It will not conflict with other libraries on the same page.

Ok, thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately I can't embed the noConflict() method, since I would have to do that over and over again when the theme is updated. Thank you for the advice anyway.

Meanwhile I will use the popup window solution.
