We are attempting to update a recent submission and when "saving the edits", the Upload Error message is returned - even without a file being uploaded.
Please assist - thanks so much!

Hi again -
That bit works now (we can edit and save submissions), however, still uploaded documents issues. Details:
We are all able to edit and save changes however, only some of us can download files attached to said submissions while others are unable to do so (but they could in the past?)
Thoughts to fix?

You probably had the privacy checked on your account settings. You need to uncheck the file privacy if you want others to download the files. Otherwise, give them permission by allowing them the access to your account.
