Advanced Designer not working

Hello,

We are looking to switch to Jotform for our product QA sheets. We have a form that has already been created that I am attempting to recreate, but the advanced designer is not loading, it just sits on the loading screen for it indefinitely. I have also tried to this by making it a fillable PDF form, but I was emailed saying it has failed.

We really want to make the switch over to online forms, but getting our form set up is proving difficult.

I have checked your account and it is dormant,may I know the Form ID of the form you are making?

Can you please provide a screenshot on the advance designer just loading.
