Forms loading slow

We have created a new form in which we have to add many conditions but as for now i have added half of the conditions only and the form has started performing slow. It is getting slow at the time of opening. Currently i have tested on 2 different pc's as well and this form has to be opened by our team multiple times as well as at the same time also. If the performance of this form is getting slow then it will be very difficult for us to work. I have also tried clearing the cache from the form settings.

So kindly help us in resolving the issue we are facing. We will be very thankful to you.

I have checked your form and to be honest, your form is quite heavy in terms of conditions and fields. Having those much fields and conditions would normally cause a performance lost.
