Forms and account suspended

    I just received notice from several clients who attempted to make reservations and payment for vacations that my forms were no longer available.  I tried to login to jotforms to see what the issue is and found my account suspended.

    What is going on and why?

    Your account was suspended because you created a form that ask for passport and driver license, you must add a signature field in order to comply with our Terms. Otherwise the account might be again suspended by the system.
