Why are my users getting 402 error?

Hello! Some people have been reporting that they are receiving 402 errors when they hit submit. Do you know what could be causing this? 

I have tested your form and I could not replicate the problem. However I also noticed your form design may be the reason you are getting complain when users click on submit button. The submit button is on the first tab "Sign Up" tab which is like first page and you have required fields in the other tabs so when a user click on submit the get the error "Incomplete Values please go back an fix them".

Anybody filling the form for the first time will most likely encounter this error because of the design of the form.

I cloned your form and moved the submit button to the last page and now its not possible to click on submit button before filling field on the other tabs
