Submission and payment limits are per calendar month. Those limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users. The new payment limits are not yet applied for Silver subscriptions, but I do believe it will be 100 per month for Silver starting soon.

Thank you! We didn't realize that the bronze account only had 10 payment submissions. We had bought that for the year on the sale. Now we realize we need the 100 payment submissions a month to meet our client needs. So, we upgraded for this project on a monthly basis. By doing that, we lose the 50% discount, correct? Do we get a credit for the year? We are interested in using the product but don't think this project will go beyond February for payments. Can we go back to Bronze then after that and retain our discount? Sorry for the 20 questions.

Yes you will lose the 50% discount since the 50% off is only for Yearly or Bi-Yearly term.
Do we get a credit for the year?
Yes, in your last invoice you have a closing balance of $67.63 USD and we can refund it to you.

Unfortunately no, the 50% discount is a different Plan subscription, it is a One Time payment and will be only available for a limited time (Jan. 12, 2018). If you downgrade back to Bronze, you will pay the FULL/Original price.
