I have been receiving emails with people having issues submitting my booking form. Any suggestion on what may be the cause. Some of said it worked when they used Mozilla, but not Safari? Any speedy resolve will be helpful because I am working on my 2018 tour schedule, and jot form is what I am using for booking submissions. ThanksPage URL:

Do you know what particular issues are they encountering? Are they stuck with a field in the form? Or, is the form is not submitting even all the fields are correctly filled and the submit button is clicked? Is there any error message that appears when they try to fill or submit the form? Were you able to reproduce the same issue on your end? Is the issue happening when the form is submitted from the website where it is embedded or even when the form is submitted using its direct link?
I have checked the website you shared with us, but I was unsuccessful in locating the form. Can you help us find the form on your website by giving us a detailed instruction, please? And with your permission, would it be okay if we try to make a test submission directly on your form?
