How to customize form to produce desired Excel report format?

I used a widget to create the form at the URL below. However, when exporting to an Excel report, it dumps all of the widget data into a single cell. How can I modify or create the report so that each field of widget data is placed into separate cells under their own column headings (see attached "Requested Excel Report Format.PNG")?

Unfortunately, all data coming from a widget is grouped up in a single cell. This is how it is built same with the other widgets.

However, there is a workaround for this which is discussed on this thread.

This should also work on your "Matrix Dynamique" widget.

Thank you but this will not work for me. Can you suggest an alternative to using the widget that will give me what I want?

I don't think it is possible since we cannot change the settings (Single cell per widget)on how the submission data is recorded to excel.

You might want try using a Grid Listing Report.

And copy the data inside the table manually to your Excel file, data will be on each cell after pasting to Excel.
