Hi, randomly the form does not emails me although it is in my Jotform inbox....any ideas ?

    I checked your Email logs and I was able to see that the emails are sent to your email "bill@ridgewaygolf.org". Were you able to check your Trash/Junk folder ? sometimes Jotform emails are marked as spam and is sent there.

    If you are still not able to find it on those folder. Kindly try using your email address as the Sender email to ensure it isn't blocked on your private email address.
