Got one of them after building, but it appears even though I changed the recipient e-mail it still wants to send to the original one in there ad I think they are getting caught in spam filter at that address.
Here's where I have my forms hosted...

I have made submissions on your forms, and made test submissions and according to the email logs all of these test submissions where successfully sent to your emails: email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org
Also, to prevent notification emails to be added on your spam folder, please add Jotmails IP Addresses to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you).
