I did check your form #63176716786873  and found that you have enabled "Form Encryption" and that is the reason why the submission data of form is encrypted. Please check the screenshot below:

To decrypt the submission data, you need to provide key file which was downloaded when you encrypted your form. When you go to your form's submission page, it will ask you to upload the encryption key.

Do you have the key file which was downloaded when you first encrypted your form? The key file is downloaded the downloads folder of your computer. If you have not deleted it already, the encryption key should still be there in your downloads folder. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them#Where-Can-I-Find-the-Private-Key-After-Downloading-It

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

You need to Enable back encryption on your form and use the Key you have on your computer to view it. Once the submission is receive while the Encryption is Enabled even if you turn the Encryption OFF it will still not decrypt the old data that are encrypted.

Only the submissions that are received while Encryption is Disabled can be viewed normally.
