I experienced a problem with trying to downgrade from the premium plan to the starter/free plan. Could you help me resolve this problem. Also, I thought I was always on the starter/free plan. How is it that I was upgraded to a premium plan without my knowledge?

The issue is, it is an old subscription plan. We will handle the cancelation and let you know.
