Unable to Add App to my Weebly Account

I hear all this amazing stuff about JotForm and I want to check it out, but not able to actually install the app into my weebly site (katyandtim.com). 

It brings me into this endless loop:

Weebly App Store > Search for JotForm > Click Add on this weebly app page https://www.weebly.com/app-center/jotform> On Weebly's Site it says to 'Connect App' > After I select 'Connect' > Redirects me back to this weebly app page: https://www.weebly.com/app-center/jotform

How can I add this app to my website? Thanks

That's because you need to create an Account on JotForm first. Please create an account on JotForm, create your first form and you are able to share it on your website.
