Why I'm not able to decrypt the submissions data?

Hello, 

For some reason every time I try to open a new Form Submission, the answers are all still encrypted. What can I do to fix this issue?

If you don't have a decryption key, there isn't much you can do. Even we cannot decrypt such data.

If you do have and you're able to upload the key but the data is still encrypted, then it might happen that the key is wrong.

If you don't see the upload key form, then please try Clearing Browser's cache and see if that helps.

I'm trying to follow the instructions in the "Clearing Browser's Cache" link. But there is no option for step 3. I have the encryption key for the site, but I do not see where to enter it to resolve the issue. 

Could you please tell us what is the Browser you're using and what exactly is the problem you're having with the decrypting from the possible problems I numbered above?
