    Have created a form for families to apply for scholarships for their children.  Most of the information is same for family except one part where you input the student info.  I have created conditions so that you can add info for another student, but it wrties over the info from the previous entry.  So if you input info for 3 students, only the info for the last one is transmitted.  Help!  I do not want families to have to fill out entire form for each child.

    Also is there a way for the matrix to have larger viewable input area?  Boxes are too small.

    Thanks so much for any assistance you can provide!

    Hello,

    I'm sorry to say this but you are doing it incorrectly. You actually need to create another set of fields for another students info not by linking them back to your previous student info fields (This is the reason why your previous fields were overwritten on the email notification). Here's an example:

    Feel free to clone this form to find out the setup. http://form.jotform.me/form/22741274780455?

    Also, to increase the matrix input sizes, simply inject the following CSS codes to your form:

    .form-matrix-values {

    padding-left: 8px;

    padding-right: 8px;

    }

    /*---1st box size---*/

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }

    /*---2nd box size---*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }

    /*---3rd box size---*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }

    /*---4th box size---*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }
