For example - I have a checkbox that says "I like to play team sports."

If the user checks this box Id like the results PDF to show the text "Works well with others, good team player"

is this possible?  I have been using Formsite but they don't seem to be able to do this.

You can add a condition to your form, when you click a single choice a text would be shown.

    Here is my example.

I added a short text entry and a single choice question that is hidden and selected by Default.

Then we add the condition to update our choice to pass/copy its value to our short text entry answer.

or you want when the user submits your form, the user is redirected to a page with their results.

By using the condition>Change "Thank you Page". I have edited the page depending on the users answers.
