I need to create a confirmation form. If someone fills out my confirmation form, I need for them to enter a code that i send to thier email address. The code can only be entered once. If it's incorrect, then there will be an error. If someone else tries to use the same code, it will say that "this submission has already been received"
Do you offer that in any way with Jotform?

We are sorry but I think this is not possible in Jotform. You can create a confirmation form but you have to manually do the other options i.e, .
1. Someone fill ups your form
2. You recieved an email notification
3. Send them back the codes
4. User enter the codes
5. Manually confirm them
Two forms will make such suggestion above, first form will be for someone to enter informations and second form (redirection) for confirmation using the codes.
Please let us know for any concern, we will be happy to help.
