I have tried to integrate Mailchimp 2x now without success and it shows successful on mailchimp end. Can I just speak with someone on phone please - I have pressing questions. Thank you

Unfortunately, we do not offer support over the phone.
I have just tried to integrate MailChimp and I didn't encounter any problem. The email is added immediately to MailChimp when I make a submission.
Please make sure that you have configured MailChimp to the right List and make sure that you are refreshing that list on MailChimp.
If all these are correct, did you try getting a new API key from MailChimp?
