I just now became aware that there will be new payment processing limits on accounts. I currently have bronze and I use jotforms for my donation processing as well as seasonal cracker sales. I chatted with customer service and I am distressed that there is no available information as to when and how the limits are going to be implemented. I expect to be processing over 200 payments in the next two months and I was about to relaunch my store when i found this out. If I cannot get a clear answer I will have to move my forms to another provider asap. While I appreciate the upgrade discounts, the new pricing scheme would have me paying more than double what I had been.

Sorry for the confusion. The new limitations applies to the account created after November 2017. To see your account's limits, you can visit your Account USAGE page.
So based on the screenshot above, You can receive 1,000 Payment Submissions per month, which resets every first day of the month.
