hi I was wondering if there is a way to set up a registration form so that when a client fills it out it will automatically send them an email with a log in password... I am trying to keep people out of an area of our website and only want to allow those who sign up to receive the password

You can send Jotform's data to your database if your website needs a Registration to view certain areas.
You can try this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/126-Form-to-MySQL
We also have Webhook you can setup on your site. https://www.jotform.com/help/245-How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm
For simplier method.
You can send the person who submitted your form a Code/Password for your site using the Autoresponder Notification.
Or send them directly to the URL after hitting the Submit button https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
Hope this helps, please let us know if you need further assistance.
