I need to resolve the Suspended account issue, I was about to upgrade to paid account but if this continues, I will go somewhere elsePage URL:

I checked the form and the account/username and I found the account is active and form is available at this time.
Were you perhaps referring to a different account or form that was suspended?
Please provide us with the account username/email or the form ID and we will check again.
