Payment Was Set to Test Mode but Should be Live

I have a form "Mary Poppins Audition Form" that was supposed to collect $20 for each form completed. It has been on for 65 submissions but all were in Test Mode. Issue is that it showed Test Mode = No but Mode = Test. Also the Sandbox warning on the widget does not appear like it used to. What went wrong? Is there anyway to charge the CC for the 65 transactions that came through now? They entered valid CCs and we need those payments.  See screenshots.

For Square integrations, the setting for the test or live mode refers to the "Mode" setting. So if it is set to test mode, then you will just receive simulated payments. Were you able to receive actual payments and somewhere in between all became simulated right after? Or all payments that you have received were sandbox (simulated) ones?

Unfortunately, there is no way to make the sandbox payments become live. They will have to make the purchase again and you have to see to it that the form's payment settings is ready to receive actual payments.
