Design of all cloned forms suddently changed.

Hello JotForm,

I have created a form last week and suddently all forms have a newer kind of style. I did not turn on a new style or so. I really do not like the new style, can this please be changed?

If not, then we would have to check if another company provides the same service but does not change designs by themselfs.

Update: the changing style of form only happens when I try to duplicate a form. I have a working form and a duplicated form. The only thing I did was duplicate the form. Please check both links and tell me how to fix this.

I did check your original form and it is using legacy form layout but the cloned form is actually using the new form layout. That is the reason you see the difference in the cloned form. Please note that you can change your "Form Layout" setting to "All Questions in One Page" and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to change your form layout:
