Hi,
I am on your Bronze paid plane and I am trying to integrate my Jotform Forms with my Trello board.
I am able to connect and send over the information so that the form submissions create a new card on my Trello board, but I am unable to assign the labels (created in trello) to the cards the form submissions create.
Do you know how I could go about doing that as this will save a lot of time my end for myself and my team, as we would be able to see each card/forms requirements without looking at the form submission?
Thanks
Ryan

Were you perhaps referring to the field mapping steps in the Trello integration configuration?
Please check this similar discussion thread:

Unfortunately not.
I create animated explainer videos, two different styles (whiteboard and infographic) and in 30s, 60s and 90s packages.I also offer an upsell called a Rocket-marketing add-on.I have created 12 forms, one for each of the possible purchase combinations (e.g. 30s WB, 30s WB and add-on, 30s infographic, 30s infographic with add-on.... and so on for the 60s and 90s packages)In Trello you can create coloured "labels" which can be assigned to each card so you can quickly identify information about each card. What I want to do is be able to take the title of each form and have that in the Trello card title or description , but also be able to easily see what style the video is they have purchased and whether they purchased the rocket-marketing add-on through these "labels", I have already created the coloured labels for this in Trello, I just need a way of integrating this from Jotform. Are you able to help? Thanks -

First, make sure that you have a Field on your Form that matches with the Trello Labels in the Trello Integration.
Then, you need to manually create the Trello Labels that you will use in Trello.
After you have manually created the Trello Labels in Trello (in any card in the board) you will be able to add those labels to the forms that you create from JotForm.
Note: If the label doesn't already exist in a card in Trello, it won't be automatically created from the form submission. It needs to exist first somewhere on that board.
If you want to add multiple labels to a card, separate the labels by a comma. (i.e. "label1, label2")
Here is my DEMO: https://form.jotform.com/80133100397951

Hi,
I think I may be confusing the situation.
I run a digital design company that creates animation explainer videos.
I have two styles, whiteboard and infographic, and videos are available in 30s, 60s, and 90s packages.
I also offer an upsell called rocket-marketing.
So this means there are 12 variations to what a client can order (30s WB, 30s WB & Rocket-marketing, 30s Infographic, 30s Infographic & Rocket-Marketing........and so on for the 60s and 90s packages)
So I have created 12 different forms for each of the different order options
So the forms I have created are actually completed by my customers (so they won't know about selecting labels within the form), and it is from the answers they give highlight the requirements of their project.
I need a way so that once a form is submitted, it creates a Trello card within Trello, and is labeled with labels that I have already created (e.g. Whiteboard video, infographic Video, Rocket-Marketing Add-on.........)
How can I do this?
If I can create a card with the title of the form as the title of the card that would be a start, but how do I have it so the Trello card is automatically labeled with the colored labels?
I know I can do it with Zapier, but I want to avoid using zapier if I can and just use the Jotform and Trello integration?
Thanks

So, each form will have a predefined label? If that is the case, you could add a dropdown, with a pre-selected option, which you can hide: https://www.jotform.com/help/434-How-to-Hide-Form-Fields
So, each time that specific form is submitted, the label value will be sent without having the user know about it.

This is the exact answer I was looking for!
Thank you so much!!! :)
Do you know if I am able to do this to assign multiple colored labels within Trello?
So if I want to highlight the style of the video (i.e. Whiteboard or Infographic) AND also when they buy the add-on?

I believe you can only assign one Colored label in Trello since you can only map the Label field from your Trello Integration for just one time.
