I sent this issue already a while ago. Form #22334644496357 is not working properly. When I click on send, I don't get a thank you message, or any info if the form was sent. And when I look up in Google Drive, no information has been sent. What is the issue here?

I cloned your form and I dont see any thank you message that is being setup, please make sure that you hit "Saved" when doing changes.
Also, I have tried the integration with Google Drive and all are working fine, see image below:
The best solution for this issue is to remove the first integration, logout, clear page cache and do the integration again.
