When on mobile my form clears as soon as a photo/file is uploaded...

    When using the mobile form and filling it out everything is fine until you choose a file and upload a photo then it clears the form. This doesn't happen on desktop. Any thoughts?

    The form embedded in the page provided isn't from JotForm.

    Anyhow, I tested your form with http://www.jotform.us/form/70298189793171 file upload fields  but I could not reproduce the problem.

    Can you please let us know what mobile device and browser you're using?
