Your account has been suspended due to the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/80126433203342 where you have a password text, you also titled the form as "password".

Please note that it's not allowed to ask for login credentials on JotForm forms, I would recommend you to refer to our terms in order to know what it's not allowed on JotForm.

I deleted the form in order to reactivate your account, if you have questions, let us know.

Why it is not allowed? That's strange! Why? What do you mean? What do you think we are doing with?! And I can never find where all these strange rules are, we just find suddenly our accounts supended without knowing what we did wrong...I personally use jotforms to create forms for playing, gaming...in particular enigma games and murder parties with friends and stuff like this. I am sincere I think this is a good site and helpful but it's never clear about rules, rules that are tio strict. I hooe you will change them in order to preclude the use of the site to persons like us who just use them for fun and at the same time let the others and friends know the site (so is a sorr of advertisment for the site). Please consider all this.

It's not allowed to have a form titled like that nor some text using "password", "login" or any other word that may indicate you're asking for login credentials.

Please kindly take a look to our terms in order to get more info about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

We understand that you may not be asking for such information for phishing purposes; however, we need to act according to our rules, if we whitelist your form and allow you to ask for such info, then our anti-phishing system will start to allow others that may be performing phishing purposes.

My recommendation would be to avoid using such words, for example, if you're not asking your users for a password of their accounts and instead you need some verification code, then you may use a  different label for that.

I do not think our terms will change in regards to this, we do things like this in order to keep our users (and anyone submitting Jotform forms) safe from phishers.

I can see your account is active now., I hope this information helps.

If you have more questions, please let us know.
