When my form is submitted back to me from the client, part of the form is cut off. I need the entire thing in order to print it. The logo and header are cut off. How can I fix this?

What is the form in question? I checked one of them, and the log is shown in print mode:

- Shandra22Answered on January 13, 2018 at 09:43 PMIt is the form called “Permission to Test” and I am trying to print the person’s response with the logo on top. It’s when they submit that response that the logo is deleted.
