How do I go back to the old designer?

Hello, I want to create a complex form and I don't want to use the Card layout that you've changed to. Although this is nice I'd like to control when the user goes to the next page and include headers and text on the same page. 

How can I change this back to the old way?

I did check your last edited form and found that it is using the new form layout. That is the reason you see the difference in the cloned form. Please note that you can change your "Form Layout" setting to "All Questions in One Page" from your form setting page and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to change your form layout:
