I suppose what you are looking for is a form where it shall show the submitted information below or somewhere within the page. In that case, the solution that I have in mind is to embed a report with the form answers to your web page or directly within the form page. Next, you can embed the report within the form or within your web page by getting the iframe code of your report. If you wish the submissions to appear in the form, you can add an iframe widget and add the iframe code of your HTML table report there.
