How to remove Jot Form banner

    Hi,

I was reviewing my website (www.katebuckleyphotography.com) the other day making some minor updates and noticed that a Jot Form banner now appears in two places on my site, basically where I have an embedded Jot Form (Session Inquiry and FAQ's.)  I have never noticed it before, and I'm going to go so far as to say that it wasn't even there before!  So I want to remove it.  I think that you're going to tell me that I need to upgrade my plan to do this.  Then I think that I just read an email the other day that your sale to do so expired on January 12th.  Then I think that I'm going to be annoyed!

    Please advise.  Thanks,

    Kate

As you have already presumed, the JotForm Banner can only be removed when the account is upgraded to any of our paid subscriptions.

As for our End of Year Sale, the offer was extended to January 12, 2018, as it was originally set to expire on December 31, 2017.

I suggest that you check your account's billing page — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing and our pricing page — https://www.jotform.com/pricing to see which available plan would suit your needs.

Can I still get the 50% off if I upgrade today or tomorrow at the latest?

The End of Year Sale should only be until January 12, 2018, but if you are still seeing the offer in your account, I believe it would still be possible for you to upgrade to the subscriptions with the 50% discount.

Please note that our current End of Year Sale only applies to our yearly and bi-yearly plans.

It shows the 50% off rate until I click on a plan. Then the next screen
shows monthly rates at the full price.
Can I get the sale price?

Apologies for any confusion. As I have mentioned above, our current End of Year Sale is only applicable to our yearly and bi-yearly plan subscriptions.

For example, with the End of Year Sale, the Bronze Yearly plan would only be $114.00 ($9.50 * 12 months).

Also, I just would like to inform you that the current End of Year Sale is a one time offer. This means that the plan would be at its regular rate (full price) when it renews.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
