It's not being sent.
As far as I can see it's all set up correctly but email is not arriving.
Not going into spam.
Pls advice.

Autoresponder Email is not supported in Encrypted Forms.

Is there a technical reason for this or is this a Jotform decision?

Thanks Marvih just find it odd I can get a notification email but the form submitter can't.

Because, before Jotform sends you the email, the data is already encrypted in Jotform servers right after you hit the submit button.
So if you have an Autoresponder email (Assuming they enabled it), the customer still won't see the data since it is already encrypted and will require the Key you have so they can read it.
