When people upload 20-50 files (videos) at once can have them arrive in one single folder with the submitted info either in a text file or pdf?
Currently they arrive as individual files and is quite a task clicking on each to download, as this would be a lot and frequently.

You can enable Send Uploads as Attachment and PDF Attachment on your Notification Email.
Or you can send them to your Google Drive / Dropbox by Integrating them.

Dropbox - https://www.jotform.com/blog/28-Create-Dropbox-Forms-with-JotForm
Hope this helps.

Thanks.
This would however be a good powerful feature for Jotform to have I think - I would use it.
I'm tying to have an easy workflow without additional third parties also to avoid further costs to my business by adding a Dropbox subscription as my submissions will easily supersede their 2gb limit.

True, Dropbox has only 2gb+ storage for FREE accounts. You can also try Google Drive as an alternative which offers 15gb FREE storage.
Have a great weekend !
