Refund needed with my upgrade

    Hi - I just upgraded my account with paid in full from Bronze to Silver from. So I need to get reimbursed for my paid in full from Bronze I paid earlier this month.  Please let me know what you need from me to process this.

    I added your Bronze payment to our PayPal refund queue, please allow 7-10 business days in order to receive it.

    Also, please cancel that subscription, here is how:
