Dear JotForm Team:
I have had a JotForm account for my research lab (in the name of Double Reading) for many months, and I would like to keep it. But it was being paid for on a CITI Bank credit card, which was stopped when my husband, the primary card holder, died in November 2017.
I have a PayPal account which I would now like to use to cover the JotForm billing. Why switch to PayPal? Because the PayPal charges go directly and automatically to my own checking account every month, so payment can't be affected by my husband's death.
Does JotForm accept PayPal? If so, could you please direct me to how to make that change to the Jotform payment?
Please note that I would hope to maintain my past level of service, at the same monthly charge (Economy Plan, $19.95 USD).

You have to cancel your subscription and then you need to upgrade again using PayPal.
