Dropdown with options but not user contributed content

I'm wanting to create a drop down with an option to add some free type if they can't find the option they need. I found the widget User Contributed Dropdown which is what I want but I don't want users to be able to add to my form...I just want to be able to see what they have typed in their submission, but I don't want others who fill out this form to see that. 

Is there a widget for this?

You can use a basic dropdown field and add 'Other' as the field option. Then with the Show/Hide conditional logic you can show additional 'Other' text box field, where your users will be able to enter the option they need. 

You can also Single Choice field instead of the dropdown field and enable 'Other' option.
