Form theme not able to be updated.

Greetings, i integrated a form from you guys on my webpage. However, the form's theme on my site isnt updated correctly. Do you guys know what's causing that issue?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

It seems you have added custom page style in your form which is displayed correctly in form with its direct URL but not reflecting in embedded form. I would suggest you to please embedded your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem.
