Can I skip the header section from appearing in the first page?

Hello, I want the Section Header sticky in the screen, but I do not need it like the first screen, any way to avoid have to click it to choose next page? 

So, is the second page what I want it appearing in the screen to start the form.

At the moment, you can either remove it by clicking Remove Welcome page

or you can leave it as it is.

We will let you know if this option gets implemented in the future.
