Can you refund my extra amount of money?

    Hi this is Hakan Kasap,


     


    I clicked ‘JotForm Silver yearly’ by accident and downgrade it to ‘Bronze’ just after I realized.  But when I check my bills it seems it has been paid.


    Could you please help us to cancel this payment, we want money returning because it was happened accidentaly.
